Our production base in Southeast Asia
Yamaguchi Nut Philippines Corporation (YNPC) is our overseas plant in the First Cavite Industrial Estate, about 40 km south of Metro Manila. It began operations in February 2014 and produces cold-headed precision parts for the automotive industry, mainly in thread sizes M3 to M6.
The plant uses the same processes and follows the same inspection standards as our Saitama Plant in Japan, with support from Japanese engineers. It is certified to ISO 9001:2015. For customers across ASEAN, YNPC offers a local supply of parts with the same quality as those made in Japan.

YNPC has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH since 2024. The scope of certification is the manufacturing of nuts, bolts, and other metal parts.
